1. Website Use

By accessing or using the Taaravel website, submitting an inquiry via the Trip Intake form, or communicating with our team via WhatsApp, phone, or email, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into agreements for travel on behalf of yourself and all passengers included in your request.

2. Travel Services & Regulatory Status

Travel services are sold by a TICO-registered Ontario host agency partner. Taaravel is a marketing partner.

Taaravel is a consumer-facing marketing and concierge platform that connects travellers departing from Canada to licensed travel advisors. All air transportation, bookings, and ticket issuances are executed by and through our licensed host agency partner in accordance with applicable provincial travel regulations (e.g., TICO in Ontario).

3. Quotes & Fare Disclaimers

All flight options, schedules, and quotes prepared by your advisor are subject to availability and carrier fare rules at the time of ticketing. Airline fares and seat inventory fluctuate dynamically according to airline reservation systems.

A personalized quote prepared by an advisor represents a snapshot of verified availability and is not a guaranteed contract until ticketing is completed and confirmed.

4. Advisor Relationship

Taaravel advisors act as dedicated customer advocates and marketing liaisons. They provide route advice, compare carrier options, verify checked luggage allotments, and assist in communicating special passenger requests to operating airlines.

Airlines remain the primary providers of air transportation and maintain final operational authority over flight schedules, aircraft types, seat reassignments, and baggage handling.

5. Payments & Transactions

The Taaravel website does not process automated credit card checkouts or online transactions. All payment instructions and ticketing procedures are handled directly with your licensed travel advisor through secure, authorized merchant payment channels.

6. Changes & Cancellations

Cancellation, refund, and change policies vary by operating airline and specific fare tier (e.g., standard non-refundable vs. flexible economy/business fares). Your advisor will explain the applicable change rules and fees prior to ticketing.

We strongly recommend that all passengers obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance prior to departure.

7. Limitations of Liability

Taaravel and its marketing affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, delay, weather disruption, carrier schedule alteration, missed connection, or government border control action resulting from acts of operating carriers or international authorities.
